React can be easy to learn if you have a good understadning of Javascript and HTML. It uses JSX which is a markup syntax that is similar to HTML so there can be a learning curve involved it that.

Framework 2 - Angular

One thing that is differnet about Angular is that it is a open-source framework that is created for Single Page Applications (SPA). Angular has template syntax that makes it easier to create UI, as well as animations with little coding use through Angulars intuitive API.

Framework 3 - Next.js

Next.js is a free open source React framework created by Vercel. Next.js uses React and Javascript to help design the UI. Next has server-side rendering which will help faster performance times. One cool feature is that Next.js will automatically refresh the page once it realizes a change has been made.

Overall there are a ton of frameworks to chose from and some are more beneficial to front-end developers and then others are better for back-end. Some are open source and then some are not, so it comes downt to trying a few and figuring out which has the best features for the uses that you want.
